Bow Top Railings
Bow Top Railings can be supplied in standard panels from stock or manufactured in non standard length, Powder Coated Bow Top Railings rake or radiused panels to suit individual requirement.
Bow Top is manufactured as a minimum to comply with BS 1722 part 9 where applicable and is available Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN 1461 or Galvanised and Polyester Powder coated and in heights ranging from 600mm to 2000mm.
Gates in any width or height can be manufactured to suit all Bow Top designs.
Contourail Railings
Contourail Railings offer the most innovative self-raking fencing system which allows for the fastest, easiest and most economical installation possible, even on sloping or undulating ground conditions.
Contourail railings unique non-welded design enables it to be assembled after coating which means that colour combination options are many and varied, even within individual panels.
The design of the HD horizontal rail means that the installer can adjust the railing on site to follow ground contours and accommodate any changes in direction, as it proceeds around the fence line.
The HD rail can withstand a downward pressure of up to 200kg with no permanent sag, therefore no grand tube centre supports are required.
Traditional Contourail can rake to 800mm and Standard Bow Top for 550mm per panel.
All Contour gates are supplied with internal lockable drop bolt and lockable slip latch as standard. Self closing gates information is available on request. We offer a full range of standard gates, which are available in both single and double leaf. As well as swing gates, Basion also supply a range of cantilever and tracked sliding gates. A wide range of specifications are available ranging from RoSPA compliant playgrounds through to Police approved security.
Swing gates and posts aew manufactured generally in accordance with or exceeding the requirements of BS1722, Part One (for heights of 1.8mtr high and below). The standard width of a single leaf gate is 1200mm wide, enabling it to fall in line with disabled access requirements.
Formarail Railings
Formarail® is a high-performance guardrail system. Each standard is precision engineered and supplied ready assembled. This means less parts to assemble and store prior to installation.
The smooth contoured design is more pleasing to the eye and moves away from the industrial look of other guardrail systems. This, together with the variety of colour and finish options make Formarail® suitable for a wide variety of applications both internally and externally.
Each standard is constructed from the finest quality marine grade LM25 aluminium. Its strength and durability is of the highest degree and is suitable for both internal and external use.
The Formarail® standards are available in two heights (1100mm and 950mm), however bespoke heights are available upon request.
Kee Klamp Railings
The simple but effective engineering principle of the Kee Klamp fitting is the foundation of the most versatile tube connection available. There are many variations of fitting providing the versatility to achieve virtually any structural configuration
With a range of 8 different sizes of tube available it gives the variety and diversity to satisfy any customer need.
Kee Klamp fittings are produced in a range of standard sizes to suit steel tubing to BS EN 10255 (ISO 65) medium and heavy gauge, from 13.5mm to 60.3mm outside tube diameter.
Tubing of other specifications can be used providing the outside diameter is compatible with BS EN 10255 (ISO 65) and the wall thickness is not less than 3.2mm
Kee Klamp fittings are supplied hot dip galvanised to BS EN (ISO 1461). Standard steel tube is galvanised to the requirements of BS EN 10255 (ISO 65)
In addition to this standard finish tube fittings and accessories can be supplied with polyester coating on any RAL colour. It is of a high quality and usually applied to products already galvanised. Should damage occur to the coating, corrosion is still prevented.
Verticle Bar Railings
Vertical Bar will give the traditional, long lasting, solid boundary fence required. Ranging from 1.2m to 2m in height vertical bar is available in blunt, spiked or doomed tops.
Non-standard length, raked, radiused or stepped panels can be manufactured to individual requirements, along with matching gates to any width or height. Vertical Bar is supplied as a standard with a 100mm maximum gap, rolled steel joint posts, angle cleats, security fixings and round bar verticals.
Box section posts and square bar verticals can be supplied if specified. The bar size increases with the height of the fence to comply with BS 1722 part 9.
Finish is either Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 or Galvanised and Polyester Powder Coated.
Pedestrian Guard Rail Panels
Designed to protect adults and children at road junctions and crossings, Pedestrian Guardrails are also ideal as perimeter fences to running tracks and play areas.
Standard panels are 2m long and manufactured from 50 x 30mm RHS frame with either a 12mm or 16mm diameter infill set at 110mm centres.
Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 or Galvanised and Polyester Powder Coated. A1 Security Fencing & Garden Services can also supply Special Guardrail Panels to individual customer requirements.
