Bastion Ball Courts System

 

Ballcourt systems endure more physical punishment than your typical fence. The selection of construction materials and design therefore are crucial to the success of the overall project. We use only robust materials to ensure that our ballcourt system will withstand the "wear and tear" to which it will be subjected.

 

This system was specifically designed to provide a perfect ´rebound board´. The panel is manufactured from 6mm vertical wires and twin 8mm horizontals. The overall height of the panel is 2m, of which; up to a height of 1.2m the vertical wires are at 50mm centres and the horizontals at approx 68mm centres, with every third horizontal reinforced with twin wires. The remaining 800mm comprises of horizontals spaced at 200mm centres.

The ´multi-mesh´ panels combine with Duo mesh panels, all fitted to a box section RHS or SHS post, to achieve an overall fence height of 3, 4 or 5m, or combination thereof.

 

Bastion 358 Mesh System

 

The Bastion Secure system is a modern and visually appealing heavy weldmesh fence panel ideally suited for most types of boundary, general and anti-intruder applications. The system offers maximum rigidity, with sound reistant, anti climb, anticut properties.

 

The Bastion Secure 358 security mesh system is designed to achieve the highest level of security, providing peace of mind to the end user. Whether general or high security is required this system fits the bill. Secure 358 mesh panels provide a high degree of security, whilst giving a discreet visual impact on the environment.

The mesh apertures provide see through visibility but ensure that the fence is difficult to climb as it doesn´t provide finger or toe holds and is also extremely difficult to cut.

 

Mesh panels are manufactured from 4mm wire, resistance welded to form a mesh profile of 76.2mm (3.0 inches) x12.7mm (1/2 inch). Generally panel widths are 2515mm to suit 2440mm post centres. The panels are overlapped on each post, and secured using clamp bars. The fencing comes in a height of up to 5.2m

 

The Bastion Horizen 358 system is designed to be secure yet stylish, with a strong, anticlimb panel that is pleasing to the eye. Panel strength is enhanced by the three pressed horizontal beams within it. This unique panel also provides see-through visibility but is difficult to climb as there are no finger or toe holds. The security aspect can also be enhanced by the use of extensions for barbed wire. Bastion Duo System

 

The Bastion Duo fencing system is ideal where security is required but without an oppressive and intimidating appearance. It is designed to be strong yet resilient and yet remain unobtrusive and elegant. This system is capable of blending into it´s environment or enhancing the surroundings as a design feature.

 

Bastion Duo panels are manufactured using 6.0mm vertical wires and twin 8.0mm horizontal wires which result in a very strong mesh and a very stable fence.

The mesh is 50mm x 200mm, fully welded at every intersection. Bastion Duo gives the option of installing the barbed edge at the top of the fence or at the bottom. The width of the Duo panels suits post centres of approx. 2520mm

 

The Duo Extra fencing system boasts the UK Police Flagship standard of secured by designing meaning the product has been rigorously tested to conform to these standards. The product also prides itself on it's stylish unobtrusive look with anti-vandal features.

The Duo Light system is a much more light weight system than that of the standard Bastion Duo fencing, allowing for ease of installation and transportation during the fitting process.

 

Bastion Pro System

 

Bastion Pro panels are ideal where security is required but without an oppressive and intimidating appearance. It is designed to be strong and resilient and yet remain unobtrusive and elegant.

 

The panels are manufactured from 4.5mm thick steel wire, profiled horizontally to significantly increase the rigidity of the panel. The mesh itself is at variable spacings both horizontally and vertically and fully welded at every intersection.

The width of these panels suit post centres of approx. 3070mm and the panel has a flush edge, and also reduces the amount of posts required versus conventional mesh systems.

The design of the panels also makes the fence difficult to climb due to zero foot holes.

 

The Hexaclip RHS posts are manufactured from 60x40mm steel section and have a unique and patented fixing method specially designed by to give maximum possible resistance to vandalism and attempts to force entry.

The welded mesh panels are located on the face of the post with two piece clips fixed with ´anti–tamper´ bolts. These clips firmly clamp the end vertical wires, providing an extremely secure fixing.

 

Bastion V Systems

 

Bastion V is a modern and visually appealing heavy weldmesh fence panel ideally suited for most types of boundary, general and anti-intruder applications.

 

Bastion V Panels are manufactured from 4.5mm thick steel wire with profiled horizontal sections that significantly increase the rigidity of the panel. The mesh itself is 50mm x 200mm and fully welded at every intersection. The panels have a barbed edge and a flush edge. Each client has the option of installing the barbed edge at the top of the fence, as a deterrent to climbing, or at the bottom, for example where the fencing is one of the lower heights in a playground situation. Please be aware, however that if you require the barb down option then an inverted clip will need to be ordered. The width of the V panels suits post centres of approx. 3030mm

 

The Hexaclip RHS posts are manufactured from 60mm x 40mm steel section and have a unique, patented fixing method specially designed to give maximum possible resistance to vandalism and attempts to force entry. The welded mesh panels are located on the face of the post with two piece clips fixed with ´anti-tamper & Acute; bolts. These clips firmly clamp the end vertical wires, providing and extremely secure fixing.

 

Where safety is key, particularyly on lower height systems used in a playground setting, the panel can be installed so the flush edge is at the top of the fence so there are no sharp hazards. If opting to install, barb-down inverted clips need to be ordered.

 

Bastion VT Systems

 

Bastion VT is a modern and visually appealing heavy weldmesh fence panel ideally suited for most types of boundary, general and anti-intruder applications.

 

Bastion VT panels are manufactured from 5.0mm thick steel wire with profiled horizontal sections that significantly increase the rigidity of the panel. The mesh itself is 50mm x 200mm and fully welded at every intersection. The panels have a barbed edge and a flush edge. You have the option of installing the barbed edge at the top of the fence, as a deterrent to climbing, or at the bottom, for example where the fencing is one of the lower heights in a playground situation. Please be aware, however, that if you require the barb down option then an inverted clip will need to be ordered.

 

Bastion Safe 'T' Systems

 

Bastion Safe ‘T’ is the latest fencing system from the innovative Bastion Fencing range. Bastion Safe ‘T’ is manufactured with a rolled top and bottom edge resulting in a very strong, stable, and safe fence.

 

The Safe ‘T’ fencing system has mesh of 50mm x 150mm, fully welded at every intersection and is available in a range of heights.

The width of the Safe ‘T’ panels suits post centres of approx. 3000mm
